On June 5th, 2014 Victor Montoya, who was imprisoned in February 2013 wrongfully accused of bombing a police station in Las Vizcachas, was acquitted of all charges by the terror court in Puente Alto. He was finally able to walk out of prison.
Anarchists Alfonso Alvial and Hermes González were remanded for 6 months in the maximum security section of C.A.S. (High Security Prison in Santiago), charged in the attempted expropriation of BancoEstado on the 11th of December 2013, when comrade Sebastián Oversluij was gunned down by a miserable security guard. On June 13th, 2014 Alfonso and Hermes agreed to undergo an abbreviated proceeding, and were convicted to 5 years ‘supervised release’ for the offenses of attempted aggravated robbery and illegal carrying of weapons. Both were able to leave prison the same day. Freedom for all anarchist and revolutionary prisoners!
