Paris: Call for solidarity gathering ahead of the appeal trial of Ibrahim El Louar

On January 18th, 2013, the Évry court sentenced Ibrahim El Louar to two year imprisonment and imposed him a fine of 1,200 euros for damages to cops. He is accused of participation in the escape of five persons from the Palaiseau detention centre for migrants on December 16th, 2012.

Ibrahim was finally able to appeal this sentence and will stand trial in the Paris court of appeals on Wednesday, March 20th.

Let’s be many in the audience, instead of leaving him alone faced with the judicial machine, and let’s express our solidarity by supporting both him and the facts he’s charged with, no matter if he’s innocent or guilty.

Rendezvous on the 20th of March 2013, at 13.30, in the court of appeals of the Paris Court of first instance, 2nd division, 8th chamber
