Since February —following the pretrial incarceration of 4 anarchists who took responsibility for the double robbery in Velventos, near the city of Kozani (northern Greece)— arrest warrants had been issued against two suspects who were on the run, namely Fivos Harisis-Poulos and Argyris Ntalios.
As Actforfreedomnow already reported, on April 30th, 2013 both Fivos and Argyris (together with three other persons) were caught by anti-terrorist cops in the area of Nea Filadelfeia, Athens.
The two comrades have been locked up in Koridallos prison.
Solidarians report that on Friday, May 3rd, by 9am, Fivos Harisis-Poulos and Argyris Ntalios will undergo a preliminary hearing at Evelpidon courts (building 10) in Athens, facing charges such as membership into a criminal organization with a view to committing robbery, forgery and resisting arrest.
