March 18th, 2012: Another migrant’s corpse was recovered from Evros River. This man was missing for some time and is reportedly dead for several weeks. The percentages of dead and missing refugees — who cross the river (and therefore the country) in order to seek a better life (survival) in the countries of the so-called Western world, the same that is destroying their countries without ever wanting to bear the consequences of those acts — have increased in recent months from the date when the international cops of FRONTEX took over the ‘protection’ of the borders.
At the same time, the leadership of German border guards carried out an inspection at the premises of the concentration camps, in which an extraordinary high number of migrants (greater than provided for) is held, even small children, under appalling conditions. Later, the same leaders attended displays of military exercises by the cops of FRONTEX forces.
This behavior of the States and their armies to organize their fiestas (inaugurating border fences, monitoring the training of the pigs that arrest, torture and murder people at borders and in the concentration camps), smiling while they congratulate each other in front of the media cameras, at the same time that bodies are washed up on the riverbanks and the Aegean Sea, shows the importance they give to human life and dignity…
